Panorama, Three-Sided or See-Through — Here's How It Works

The terms are used interchangeably. A panorama fireplace has a wide front with maximum glass, sometimes extending around the corners. A three-sided fireplace shows the fire on three sides in a U-shape, and a see-through fireplace connects two rooms through the wall. Choose based on the fire image and floor plan — or ask us for advice.

Open Flame or Aquarium Effect with Glass

Panorama fireplaces are available with an open flame line or completely enclosed by tempered glass — the so-called aquarium effect. Glass keeps the flames safely at a distance and makes the fire image extra sculptural; open models provide the most direct fire sensation.

Heat and Automatic Operation

Panorama fireplaces are among the most powerful bioethanol fireplaces: wide burners provide significant heat output that largely remains within the room. If you choose an automatic model from Planika, you ignite, regulate, and extinguish the fire electronically — with built-in safety sensors.
